Nothing gets a five-paw rating just because it showed up in the mail. If it flops, I say so — that's the whole point.
How I test
Two weeks minimum of real use. Beds get slept on, treats get demolished, gadgets get chewed on at least once.
What I rate
Build quality, everyday usefulness, whether it survives a dog, and whether it's worth the price.
